Today some pupils took part in some cooking! We were inspired by Omari McQueen - a 14 year old vegan chef / entrepreneur! We made tropical rocky roads and I think from the chocolatey smiles it’s safe to say we had a fabulous morning! pic.twitter.com/dDYS5Ffumj

Art and Design

At Harris Primary Academy Beckenham we teach Art and Design once a week.  The children learn about a particular artist, skill or method and produce individual pieces showcasing these skills. 

The children will gain various skills by being exposed to different art media throughout the school e.g. printing, sculpture, painting, weaving, drawing and collage.
